Student Scholarship

Empowering Dreams, One Student at a Time

Every year, countless bright and determined high school students in Nepal face the harsh reality of financial hardship, threatening to dim the light of their dreams and ambitions. Yet, a single act of generosity can spark hope and transform lives. This SEBS scholarship donation initiative was created to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity, providing essential financial assistance to students who are not only deserving but also struggling against the odds.

On this page, you’ll find heartfelt video stories from students themselves, sharing their journeys, aspirations, and the impact your support can make. Their voices offer a glimpse into the resilience and promise that endures despite challenging circumstances. By listening to their stories, you become part of a community dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of compassion.

Whether you choose to make a one-time donation or become a recurring supporter, every contribution directly empowers Nepalese youth to pursue their education and build a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities. Click the “Donate Online” button below to make a difference today. Your kindness is not just a gift—it is an investment in hope, in knowledge, and in the leaders of tomorrow.

Together, let us uplift the next generation and help their dreams take flight.

Student Profiles

Hello everyone I am 8105 Sujata from Solukhumbu district. To talk about my family background, my parents are not financially stable. Both of my parents work as farmers. It is really hard for my parents to fulfill the need of my family. Moreover, I have our other siblings and I am the eldest one of my family. Being the eldest, I should be the one who is responsible to look after them. But to look after them, I need to pursue good education. To provide that, my parents are willing to spend their fortune on my good education which results for my sisters to give up their dream.

I am currently studying NEB course with subject combination of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. In future I want to be an entrepreneur in the field of science and technology.

I am confident that I am a very good student be it in the academics or ECAs. I assure you that if you provide me with financial assistance, I am determined to do something good for the nation in the future. I am a merit list student and my overall GPA has not been less than your expectation. I guarantee you that I will prove you that by achieving the grades with flying colours and being one of the responsible person in this school in the present which will be followed by the future. I faithfully request you to help me in order to become something for my nation. I promise that I will never let you or this family down.

Thank you

1.TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF,WHERE ARE YOU FROM AND YOUR FAMILY BACKGROUND?
My name is Jay Bahadur Chand, and I am from Baitadi district in the far western region of Nepal. I am an all-rounded individual who actively engages in various extracurricular
activities beyond academics. My father is a retired police constable, and my mother is a housewife.

WHY DO YOU NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?
I come from a family facing financial difficulties; my father has two wives, and my mother, the younger one, lives separately. Despite her support and encouragement for
me to study at Budhanilkantha School, she cannot afford the fees. With financial assistance, I will be able to continue my education without constant stress and focus on
my studies.

TELL US WHAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY STUDYING AND WHAT DO YOU WANT TO PURSUE IN FUTURE?
I am currently pursuing the NEB +2 program at Budhanilkantha School Kathmandu, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Although I am not entirely certain about my future path, I am deeply passionate about science, particularly the medical field. My aspiration is to build a successful career in medicine or a related profession.

I am Sulav Khadka from Nalagad Municipality-6, Jajarkot. I joined Budhanilkantha School in grade 5 as a scholarship student. Currently I am doing A-levels
My father is a regular government employee while my mother teaches in a government school. They both are working in Jajarkot.

I am in need of this financial assistance because it will lessen the financial burden for my parents and will allow me to completely focus on my studies rather than worrying about the expenses. Back then, I was receiving a full scholarship but now the scholarship from the government is over and my monthly expenses and expensive exam fees are making nearly half of my parent’s total income.
So, I would be really glad to receive this scholarship and smoothly continue my studies here at Budhanilkantha School.

Current academic status:
Currently, I am studying plus two science with biology. I want to pursue a profession which will provide a stable source of income to support my family which I believe is the medical field.

Why do I need financial assistance?
I require it in order to pursue my education without putting a significant financial burden on my family who find it difficult to cover for my educational expenses. Instead of worrying about financial burden upon my family, I’ll be able to concentrate on my studies and take part in school events.
